1. What is a Secret Holiday Letter?

Secret Holiday Letters are personalized letters that are mailed directly to the person you want to give it to. We personalize these letters (depending on which Secret Holiday Letter you chose) with their name, gifts they want, their good achievements, where they will be on that holiday, who they will be with on that special day. You can pick from the 3 Secret Holiday Letters we specialize in, Tooth Fairy Letters, Eater Bunny Letters and Santa Claus Letters.

2. How much does a Secret Holiday Letter cost?

For each letter you send you are charged $9.97. Shipping and Handling is free of charge.

We also offer over night shipping for a charge of $16.00 extra: 25.97

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Master Card, American Express, Visa, Discover and PayPal. You DO NOT have to be a PayPal user to complete a transaction. If you do have an account with PayPal you can also transfer money from your account to ours.

4. When will the Secret Holiday Letter be mailed?

If you place an order for a Secret Christmas or Secret Easter Letter at least 20 days before the holiday your letter will be delivered before the holiday. If you order a Secret Tooth Fairy Letter please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

5. Can Secret Holiday Letter send a letter any where?

Secret Holiday Letters can send a letter to any address in the United States and Canada.

6. What is the deadline for ordering Secret Holiday Letters?

You may order letters at anytime but to ensure proper deliver and that they arrive before the holiday please allow 2 weeks before the years dated holiday. For a Tooth Fairy Holiday Letter please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

8. What if I want to send a Secret Holiday Letter to more than 1 child at the same address?

Because we address them straight to the child you will know who's letter is who's. And the letters we send are personalized with their name, gifts they want, their good achievements, etc.

9. Do you have a refund policy?

If you are not happy with your Secret Holiday Letter please send it back to us within 30 days and you will get a refund.
